Beef Bone Broth
Throw out the boxed stocks and make the switch to stock that is more flavorful, and more healthy. Every quart of our Beef Bone Broth is made with over two pounds of pasture-raised bones, as well as fresh vegetables and herbs. We hand select the best bones during our whole-animal butchering process, roast them to bring out a rich flavor, and simmer extra slowly. You can tell this isn't your standard grocery store stock from the moment you open the package. Use it to create amazing braises, soups, stews, sauces, and more. Watch our co-founder James explain our recipe here.
Our beef stock is made with pasture-raised beef bones. We select the best knuckle, femur and rib bones to create a rich stock with loads of gelatin. Ingredients: beef bones, water, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, tomato paste, thyme, parsley, peppercorns, red wine, bay leaves.
Use this stock in any recipe calling for beef broth or stock, to add flavor and richness. Pro-tip: for a killer sauce to top your steaks, reduce equal parts red wine and beef stock until syrupy. Remove from the heat and add a few tablespoons of butter and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Not just a piece of meat
Great flavor starts in the field. At Porter Road, we partner with farmers who raise their animals on pasture, for a difference you can taste.Learn more about our process
