Sockeye salmon is bright red with a robust salmon flavor that allows it to hold up well to all manner of spices, herbs, and sauces. Try it quick-seared over medium-high heat for crispy skin and a tender center, roasted en papillote (in parchment paper or foil) with fragrant herb butter and vegetables, or grilled with a tangy marinade. Sockeye also shines in raw dishes like crudo or salmon tartare. Each box includes 2lbs of salmon in 6-12 oz portions, frozen, and vacuum-sealed with skin on and pin bones in to ensure a high-quality product.
