The Perfectly Imperfect Bundle

Here's a little insider secret. Some of our cuts come out a hair underweight, or with fat slightly over-trimmed, or just not quite pretty enough for the main shop. Nothing is wrong with them. Same farms, same pasture-raised animals, same Meat Nerd standards. For years these cuts went straight to our facility crew through our employee purchase program, where they are able to purchase meat at cost. Now we're letting you in on the deal.

How it works: You get 10 lbs of pasture raised beef and pork. Our butchers pick the cuts (because who doesn't love a surprise?) and you pay only $7.50 per lb.
