These Steak Tips are cut from our most delicious, marbled, dry aged beef cuts. We did the hard work, so you can start cooking as soon as your Steak Tips arrive. Our favorite way to enjoy these is to sauté them with mushrooms and onion, and serve topped with a homemade brown gravy. They can also be used for stews, and kabobs.
These Steak Tips consist of clean trimmings from our Ribeye, New York Strips, Sirloin, and Picanha. As with all of our beef, our Steak Tips come from animals that are pasture-raised, and dry aged for maximum flavor.
